Visible shipping damage (box damage) should be noted to the delivery driver upon delivery if possible. If the box was delivered when no one was home and it is obvious the box is damaged, please take digital pictures of the damaged box. Open the box to inspect the contents. Take digital pictures of any shipping related damage, i.e., cracks in top or legs, obvious breakage, etc. Email us immediately to let us know the condition of the contents and to send the digital pictures and reference your order number when emailing. Re-pack the contents in the original box in the order it was when you removed it and tape securely closed. We will issue a call tag for the bench to be inspected and shipped back to us. As soon as we receive the bench, we will ship out a new one. If you had ordered a custom bench, please allow 2 1/2 weeks for us to ship out a replacement. Damage from shipping should be reported immediately.
If you have ordered a stock bench from our catalog and it isn't quite what you expected, please send us an email immediately. You can ship it back to us in its original container with all the original packing material. If you pay for the shipping, there is no re-stocking fee. If you have us issue a call tag to have the bench picked up, there is a re-stocking fee of $42.00. The difference will be credited back to your credit card when the bench is received by us in good sellable condition.
We require that you save all the packaging for the life of the warranty in case there are any manufacturer defects that you cannot see upon initial inspection. The bench needs to be re-packed in its original container with all the original packaging for safe return to our warehouse. Should you experience manufacturer defects with your order, please send digital pictures of the defects to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the order or invoice number associated with your order. You will find these numbers on your packing slip.
